The Little Cup of Water

One sunny day, a little bird named Pico was flying around. He was very thirsty and tired from the heat.

Down below, he saw his friend Ruby, a small rabbit. She was carrying a tiny cup of water.

“Hi Ruby!” said Pico. “What are you doing with that water?”

Ruby smiled. “The flowers in the garden are so dry. I’m taking this water to them.” 🌼💧

Pico was confused. “But that water is so little. How can it help all the flowers?”

Ruby didn’t answer. Instead, she poured a few drops on a thirsty flower’s roots. “Even a small kind act can do a lot,” she said softly.

Suddenly, the flower began to stand up straight. Its petals opened, bright and beautiful again! 🌸

Seeing this, Pico felt happy. “You’re right, Ruby! I want to help too!”

He flew to a nearby river, filled his beak with water, and brought it back to sprinkle on more flowers.

Other animals saw what was happening. A squirrel came to help with a leaf. A butterfly helped too. Soon, everyone was working together.

The dry garden became full of life, color, and joy. 🌿✨
