Two Friends and the Sick Lion Cub
In a small village lived two close friends – Rohan and Arjun.
Rohan was brave and loved adventure. Arjun was careful and often scared.
One day, they went into the jungle. Suddenly, they heard a weak sound. Arjun got afraid and said, “Let’s go back, this place is dangerous.”
But Rohan moved closer and saw a sick lion cub, weak and helpless.
Arjun shouted, “It’s a lion! If the mother comes, we will be in danger.”
But Rohan replied, “Look at him, he is innocent and sick. We can’t leave him here.”
Together, they carried the cub to a safe place near the village. For many days, they gave him milk and cared for him. Slowly, the cub became healthy again.
One evening, while they were feeding him, a big lioness appeared. Arjun closed his eyes in fear. He thought this was the end.
But the lioness only looked at them, smelled them, and saw no fear—only kindness. She lovingly touched her cub and walked back into the forest.
Arjun was shocked. He hugged Rohan and said, “You were right. With kindness and courage, anything is possible.”
