Frog and Toad
One bright morning, Frog jumped to Toad’s house.
Toad was still in bed.
“Come outside, Toad!” said Frog. “The sun is shining. It’s a beautiful day!”
Toad shook his head. “I am too tired, Frog. I want to sleep.”
Frog smiled kindly. “But when friends share the day, it becomes special.”
Toad thought for a moment. Then he got up and went with Frog.
They walked in the garden, watched butterflies, and listened to birds.
Toad laughed and said, “I am glad I came. Being with you makes me happy.”
Frog replied, “That is what friendship is. Friends bring joy to each other.”
