Once upon a time, in a small village, there lived two best friends — a dog and a donkey. They lived on a farm and worked together every day.
Dog kept the farm safe by barking at strangers. Donkey helped the farmer by carrying heavy loads. Even though they were very different, they cared for each other like brothers.
One day, a big storm came. The wind blew hard, and the rain fell heavily. A tree fell and blocked the farmer’s door. The farmer was stuck inside and couldn’t come out.
Dog barked loudly for help. Donkey pulled with all his strength to move the tree. But they couldn’t do it alone. So Dog ran to the nearby houses and barked until the neighbors followed him. They all came to help.
Together, they moved the tree and helped the farmer get out. The farmer was so happy and said, “Dog and Donkey, you are my loyal companions. Thank you!”
From that day, everyone in the village respected Dog and Donkey for their brave and kind hearts.
The moral of the story is: True friends help each other, no matter how different they are.
